Who are we and what do we do?

Citizens Advice North East Lincolnshire is a operating name of Grimsby, Cleethorpes and District CAB.  

We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities (learn about our work). Founded in 1939, we are a successful and busy Bureau. We advise on around 1,000 problems each month.

Our twin aim is to gather data which is used to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives find out more on our campaigns.

We provide advice both face to face at our main branch or via our outreach sessions throughout the district & over the phone via our Adviceline service (03444 111 444) visit our contact page for more details.
