In order to get in touch with Citizens Advice North East Lincolnshire you can either visit us or use one of the other methods below.

By telephone

Unless indicated otherwise an adviser should be available by phone though this may be for an introductory interview only to help decide how you can best be advised. Adviceline can be contacted on 03444 111 444 .

Calls to Adviceline last an average of 8 minutes (some calls will last longer and be more expensive, others shorter and cost less money).

Calls to our adviceline service cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers. They will be included as part of a mobile allowance or a landline call package.

You will be charged for calls not included in your landline package, if you don’t have package or if you go over your mobile allowance.

Landline calls typically cost up to 9p per minute and calls from mobiles between 8p and 40p per minute. For specific call charge details check with your own provider.

Alternatively the Grimsby, Cleethorpes and District bureau administration and reception can be reached for cancellations and rebooking on 01472 252500 Monday to Friday 9am and 4pm. However be aware no advice is available on this number.

You can access our services by visiting one of our advice sessions at the main bureau times listed below. Or by visiting one of our outreach sessions at venues around the district (for details see the map below or check out our news feed and social media pages). Closures: All times subject to change and may be cancelled for the purposes of training or due to staffing issues. 

Holidays: Our offices are closed on Bank holidays and Weekends. We are also closed between Christmas Eve and New Year.

Drop-in Sessions

The office operates a short assessment interview process every day (initial check) during these session to provide help and information and to signpost clients to the best source of advice and help.

Be aware: Due to high demand on our first come first served face to face service - you may have to wait to be seen or be required to return on another occasion.

Those with mobility issues:

If you have mobility issues or this will be difficult for you, we recommend you contact adviceline in the first instance who will make a scheduled appointment where needed to avoid any inconvenience.

Appointment Only

During appointment only sessions no drop in service is available and it is likely you will not be seen without an appointment. Please do not pop in during these times unless you have already arranged an appointment as we will not be able to see you.
