The work we do
We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives. People come to us with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options.
Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination wherever we see it.
The Citizens Advice service provides advice to any member of the public who needs help to solve a problem on any issue they’re facing.
The Citizens Advice North east Lincolnshire has over 50 volunteers, delivering advice services from our offices in on Town Hall Street and various outreach centres.
We provide advice face-to-face, over the phone and through digital channels.
In 2014/15 our office network saw 8,500 people about 25,000 issues.

We are an independent charity…
Grimsby, Cleethorpes & District CAB are an independent charity. We rely on the donations of generous individuals to keep essential services running.
Any donations no matter how small are gratefully received.
We are committed to:
- Support and empower people who use our service, volunteer or work for us;
- Promote the diversity of individuals together with their shared skills and experiences and encourage people to access their rights, exercise their responsibilities and find solutions to their problems. We believe this is the best way to better the lives of those who use our service or work and volunteer for us.
