FOCUS – ADULT SOCIAL WORK (18 and up)
The single point of access phone number, is the main route for the public to contact adult social care and urgent and non-urgent community health and social care services.
Including adult social care, occupational therapy, physical and learning disabilities. (This does not include access to GPs or district nursing teams).
If you need access to community health & social care support or advice and information, the single point of access telephone line is always open 24/7. They can also help people manage other people's affairs.

YPSS (YOUNG PEOPLES SUPPORT SERVICE) FOR 16-19 YEAR OLDS
YPSS offer advice & guidance on apprenticeships, education, work, CV's, benefits, including completing claim forms, housing options, youth offending, youth centers, youth projects and health related services. Accessible to clients aged up to 25 if they have a learning disability.
Drop-in sessions for housing, benefits, work & careers at the Grimsby Institute Learning Shop.
Monday-Thursday 02:00pm to 04:00pm & Friday - 02:00pm to 03:30pm

The Carers’ Support Service – For Carers
Provides support to carers including: Information & advice, specialist advice service, emotional & practical support, carer's groups and social activities, counselling, befriending, advocacy, support when caring ends, training for carers, holistic therapies and the opportunity to be part of North East Lincolnshire's 'Caring Family'.
